Emails are a serious thing and anyone who does business through the Internet should always treat them as such. They’re the main route through which all of your business communication takes place, so it’s important to let a customer that contacts you know that she can count on you answering her queries. Automated responses can be a great way of letting your customers know that they can count on you, for they provide them with some form of communication to let them know that your response will come. We will cover two scenarios: email received outside of office hours, and emails received when you’re out of office for some time.
